Dear customers,
We think that the best way to get the highest efficiency from our products and to serve you better is to communicate clearly and effectively at the right time. To our customers, whom we consider as business partners; the rules to be followed in the entry control, use of our products and in the matters we think would be appropriate when a nonconformity occurs are summarized below. We express our belief that you will show the necessary sensitivity regarding this article that we have prepared in order to serve you better, and we wish you a good work.
Receiving The Product and Delivery Supervision:
- Reels, baskets and pallets are received and checked.
- Check whether there are bumps, wet, torn packaging, etc. packaging defects that may have occurred during transportation.
- If there is a damaged packaging, please provide feedback (with explanation, photo, video, etc.) at the product delivery stage.
- Use appropriate equipment while transporting or unloading the product to avoid damage to the product.
- For example: forklift, pallet truck and crane.
- Do not touch the wire surface with bare hands and avoid using the wrong equipment during tilting, be careful against hand and foot jamming.
- When unloading the reels from the vehicle, the right equipment (forklift, crane, etc.) must be used. Do not drop the reels, do not drop them from a height.
- When a nonconformity is encountered during the access control phase; please provide feedback with product lot number, description of nonconformity and sample, lot number, photo, video etc.
During Product Stocking and Usage:
- Do not open the product packaging until the time of use, repackage it if it is opened for access
- control purposes.
- Stock the reels, baskets and/or pallets so that they do not collide with each other.
- Pay attention to hand and foot jamming when handling reels, baskets and pallets.
- Store the empty reels and baskets under suitable conditions so that they are not affected by impact and corrosion, and protect their inner and outer surfaces against impacts.
- Protect the products from dusty and humid environments, keep them away from chemical vapors.
- Avoid touching products with bare hands as much as possible.
- Use the material within 4 weeks after opening the package of the product, otherwise the material may oxidize.
- Do not lift, carry or roll the product by hand.
- Ensure that the product lot number is left on the reel/basket until the end of use.
- Take precautions against external influences (dust, moisture, chemical vapor, impact, oil, etc.) by covering partially used products with nylon/cardboard.
- Fix the ends of the partially used products in a way that does not allow mixing. Especially in multi-wire products, if not fixed properly, it may cause breakage during use.
- Prevent the use of carrier packaging materials (spools, baskets and pallets) for other purposes.
- In order to prevent the bent products from opening, place them in your transmitter in accordance with the lower end direction.
- For products whose carrier packaging material is baskets, make sure that the height of the basket dispenser is at least 2 meters above the top of the basket.
- Avoid shaking or dropping the reels and baskets.
- Avoid storing the product in uneven and rough places, where there may be high vibration and vibration.
In Case of Complaint and Return:
Be sure to specify the lot number of the relevant product, sample, photograph, video, lot number, how the problem arises, etc. that will help to define the problem and understand and eliminate the nonconformity. Send the information along with the complaint to the address below.

Make sure that the products to be taken back for examination are returned in an appropriate and impact-free manner.
Packaging Material Returns:
• Make sure that the packaging materials (steel/plastic reel, steel basket and steel pallet) are returned as they were sent to you.
• Return the reels on the pallet and the baskets upright.
